I am not sure if barefoot running is good or bad. But I felt I can do it. So I ran a mile in my apartment last week. Then I ran for 7.8 miles on Sunday! That's amazing for me. I guess this is the first time in my life I would have run such a distance BAREFOOT! I took my shoes in a bag and carried it as I ran. (So far the shoe was carrying me. That day I carried the shoe!) I had a plan to change to shoes when I complete 4 miles. But I continued to run barefoot as I felt good.
It was weird initially and then I got used to it. I could feel the coldness and hotness of my path as the land there was high and low and wet. After finishing I felt there were a couple of blisters on my toe and ball. Good that I took my first-aid kit with me.
